We want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your fragrance is at least 90% full and in its original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
